Never have i ever had such a bad experience with any of the hotels till now. Even the Oyo staff of Jaipur is better than them. The rooms are not even normally maintained. The staff is not cooperative at all. We were even denied the basic amenities like cutlery and drinking water even. The service is pathetic. And i never give such bad reviews but they have earned it. Neither will i ever go to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. Just the location is alright. That's about it.

We had a bad stay experience at Ikhaya. The wi-fi didn’t work for the duration of our stay. The proposed solution to no hot water (in November when it’s starting to get really cold in Delhi) by the staff was to turn the tap left (rocket science) and leave it open. The front desk staff were rude and non-cooperative. They give you exactly 2 small bottles of water and 2 towels (no face towel) and in case if you need extra, you will be charged. But they won’t refund a single rupee for no wifi and no hot water. The only upside is the location. Overall, this was like an “upscale OYO experience” (aka borderline cheap) and definitely one of the worst ROI hotels in the area. P.S: the front desk staff were not able to solve any of our problems but recommended that we rate them poorly online so here I am.

We entered the hotel at midnight with our family members from Himachal.. it's a long drive journey.Two rooms were booked in the names of our members & they asked us to show identity cards..So we shared id cards of the names in which rooms has been booked..But suddenly the front desk executive started to ask show id cards of each family members including a 8 year kid who is travelling with us for so long.It seems as if we were some kind of anti-social visited the hotel for stay..That front desk executive was very rude & he was quite ignorant too.One of our rooms washroom was too dirty.. Infact the hotel didn't have any knowledge about how many members were arriving at the hotel. Food was not that great... Very bad location as you will get nothing nearby, very secluded place of Delhi.. Basically front desk executives need proper training on behaviour atleast..

Very rude behavior of the manager. Room service is very slow and they make the guests wait for a long time before alloting the rooms. Even the rooms are not cleaned properly. We got rooms with dirty toilets. Also, the food quality is horrible. Better to order on zomato and have food inside. Not recommended at all.

My guests were coming from Pune and I asked for room in this hotel on phone. They have confirmed me the room but when my guests reached hotel, they refused the room. And they were very rude. Many better hotels are available in nearby area.

Worst place to stay in GK. Terrible staff and terrible amenities, leakage in washroom, torn mattress, broken tiles and wash basin. Stinky curtains on top of that there receptionist and in room service behaviour is next level. If you are …

The location is good for this hotel. Apart from that the staff was more or less polite and the food was mediocre. The room was in good condition though the washroom needed improvement.

The staff name Sakith Kumar dont know how to talk with costumers very rude behaviour he is saying call on whats app we have network issue instead he can call on whatsapp but he saying costumer to call i dont know how this can be possible in such big hotel he dont even know how to solve query just behaving like a childish rude behavour disgusting.
